Hacienda San Ignacio is a small rural community southwest of San José. The high altitude and unique microclimate in the area make it perfect for growing quality coffee. This coffee is naturally processed and dried slowly on raised beds, adding juicy red fruit and subtle chocolatey notes often found in coffees from this region. This is the kind of coffee we love and endeavour to always have for our bright-loving coffee loyalists.
Sold in 340g bags

I think "wine-ey" is a pretty accurate description of this coffee. Has these prominent deep red wine notes which make for a lovely cup.
