Each cup reflects that care, precision, and sense of purpose.

Clean, bright, and quietly complex, this washed Pacas varietal showcases the clarity the region is known for. Beautiful rich body, balanced with crisp acidity, gentle sweetness, and a smooth, structured finish. This coffee is a big mouthful and is lovely as a pourover and roasted to be delicious black (like ALL of our coffees) but it is also so pleasantly heart warming with milk too. It pulls nice shots as well. Is there anything it can't do? Nope.
