This coffee is beautiful. It's a Grade 1 (so yeah, the best grade!), hand sorted, and it's natural processed (dried whole fruit) so it retains all those lovely bright and clean fruit aromas and flavours. Even before roasting it smells like pineapple and peach. We are naturally drawn to natural coffees like this (haha). I've pulled espresso shots with this and it's great, but I prefer this one as pourover or aeropress. Ethiopian coffees tend to be more brittle due to their high density so slightly courser grinding is the key with this one.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this one and it’s just as smooth and rich as the first batch. Dave is super knowledgeable and his suggestions are always spot on!
