We love Yirgacheffe naturals for their clean sweet cup and beautiful up-front peach and apricot notes with jasmine flower florals and tea-like body and mouthfeel. So clean and juicy and refreshing. This is a gorgeous coffee. 

Sold in 340g bags (or larger if you message me and we chat)

We think this one is best prepared by drip/pourover/aeropress/chemex (you get the idea).

Commandante C40 - 25clicks

1zpresso ZP6 - 3.5 grind setting

EK43 - 8.5 grind setting

18g dose, 50gr bloom, 1.5 min bloom steep, 2 even centre then circle pours of 125g each to get up to 300g total. Target time: 3.5-4 mins.
