This is another wonderful coffee from Tomas Gutierrez and Allan Vargas (V&G). This hybrid varietal is very fruit-forward with notes of orange peel and cherry but also notes of toffee creating a wonderful balanced roundness to the cup. This is a very clean coffee, probably better as a pourover or Aeropress but we've pulled some incredible espresso shots with it as well so do what you want - it's still delicious.
