This is a beautiful specialty coffee from the Oaxaca region and definitely not the kind of coffee you'd normally find in Mexican resorts or cafes. It's roasted med/light, balanced, has nice natural sweetness with stone fruit acidity and lovely clean nutty notes. We fell in love with this one at first sample.

This small farmer group harvests only ripest cherries, fermented for 10-16 hours, de-pulped and dried for approximately 20 hours on open patios.  1100-1400M
Varietal: Typica, Costa Rica 95, Marsellsa, Bourbon
Process: Fully washed & sun dried on patios and mechanical dryers
Notes: Green Apple, Dark Chocolate, Citrus, Almond
